SAIBA MAP DESIGN

Saiba is Valorant inspired map design made on the Unity engine. Saiba (サイバー,” cyber” in Japanese) is a futuristic map influenced by traditional Japanese aesthetics. The map is intended to be divided up into two distinct sectors, with the combination of traditional Japanese features on A site, juxtaposed with the high-tech aesthetic on B site. Its two sites are on the far left and right sides of the map with a middle area that provides high-ground dominance. The unique mechanics here are that there is a  rope that allows players to quickly ascend or descend quietly, a tunnel that allows players to reach high ground, also there is a door that can be opened or closed using a switch and the door is armoured.
